Seán Mc Manamon

Seán has been involved in the construction and maintenance of power plants  since 1991, working with EPC contractors and clients in various capacities to ensure a successful outcome. 

He is an experienced Expert Witness in international arbitration who has produced in excess of forty expert reports and has been cross examined in numerous international arbitrations. 

Experience includes projects in the US, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Sean has also acted as a member of dispute boards on a number of occasions. 

Seán holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering Degree and speaks both English and Spanish.

Ignacio is a qualified lawyer, registered to practice in Spain and co-author of the first book published in Spanish on FIDIC contracts (Los contratos internacionales de construcción. FIDIC).
 

He has international experience working on construction contract issues, in particular with FIDIC contracts in Asia and Latin America 

With the United Nations he has worked in the fields of Legal, Procurement and Programme & Logistics in projects involving UNOPS, UNDP, UNHCR, DPKO and UNMAS. He has also worked on projects funded by USAID, AUSAID, JICA

He speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and French.
